Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use pricehistoryapp.in, the website of PriceHistoryApp. By using the website or signing in, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. Your PriceHistoryApp account is shared by the website, the PriceHistoryApp mobile app and the browser extension.

The service

PriceHistoryApp lets you track the prices of products sold on supported stores (Amazon, Flipkart and Croma), set target prices, get price drop alerts, keep a wishlist and see a short summary of a product's prices. The full price history of a product is shown on pricehistory.app. The service is free.

Your account

• You sign in with an email address you control, using a one-time code, or with your Google account.
• Keep access to your email and your devices safe, and sign out on shared computers.
• You can delete your account at any time on your account page or in the app.

Fair use

Please use PriceHistoryApp for your own shopping. You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the website or its API, or to collect data from it;
• try to get around sign-in, request limits or other protections, or to access other people's accounts;
• overload, disrupt or attack the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

To keep the service working for everyone we may set limits, for example on the number of trackers and wishlist items per account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Prices and alerts

• Prices, offers and availability come from the stores and can change at any time. The price shown by the store when you buy is the price that applies.
• We check prices regularly, but not continuously. An alert can arrive late, a short-lived price drop can be missed, and a price can change again before you buy.
• Lowest and highest prices, labels such as “lowest in 6 months” and deal grades are based on the prices we have recorded and are for information only.
• Always check the price and the offer terms on the store's website before you buy.

Store links

Links to stores may be affiliate links: if you buy after following one, we may earn a commission from the store, at no extra cost to you. Purchases are made with the store, and the store's terms apply. We are not responsible for products, sellers, deliveries or refunds. See the disclaimer.

Names and trademarks

Store names, product names, logos and images belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products and stores. PriceHistoryApp is not affiliated with or endorsed by the stores.

Availability and changes

We work to keep PriceHistoryApp running and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change, add or remove features. If we change these terms we will update this page; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, PriceHistoryApp is not liable for losses caused by prices, alerts or information shown on the service, by a missed or late alert, or by purchases made on stores.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
